We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all original tags still attached
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Email support@shopnovetti.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us at support@shopnovetti.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items and accessories are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
